Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, train associates, and ensure exceptional customer service, contributing to KPIs and store standards.

This role covers cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, customer engagement, cash handling, and shipments, while promoting the store's membership program to foster loyalty.

You will help create a positive environment, drive sales, and deliver memorable experiences for customers and team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder/supervisor/shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals on the sales floor.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety and proper procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
