Job summary

You will help with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing, while promoting the store's membership program to boost loyalty.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and the ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and training associates.
• Support cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and customer engagement.
• Handle cash management and shipment processing.
• Promote the store membership program and customer loyalty.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Drive sales and help meet KPI goals.
