Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily store operations and training of associates. You will help with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, customer engagement, cash handling, and shipment processing while promoting the membership program to boost loyalty.

The role emphasizes a positive, energetic environment to deliver memorable experiences, drive KPIs, and uphold store standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills; proficient with POS.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and service.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Promote store membership program and assist with promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
