Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, manage cash handling, and drive loyalty through the membership program.

You will lead by example on the shop floor and at the register, ensuring visual merchandising, stock levels, and store safety protocols are maintained while supporting promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and exceed KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, merchandising, cash handling, and upkeep.
• Maintain store appearance and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure safety and cleanliness.
