Job summary

Hustler Hollywood in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Leadership Team in the absence of a manager on the sales floor. You will supervise staff, drive customer engagement, and help achieve sales KPIs while upholding brand standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing long hours, and completing a three-month training program. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of key holder experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun).
• Commit to two store closings per week, including one Friday or Saturday.
• Ability to utilize retail POS system & inventory scanner.
• Must handle cash and make change using American monetary units.
• Ability to carry out tasks with minimal direction or supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Completion of Shift Supervisor three-month training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Management by maintaining high energy on the sales floor and driving sales.
• Open/close store in the absence of management and manage staff shifts.
• Prioritize customer service and help meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate break schedules and ensure full zone coverage.
• Coach and provide feedback on customer engagement, selling, and floor etiquette.
