Job summary

CVS Health in Boynton Beach is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and customer service excellence. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, oversee opening/closing, and ensure smooth operations.

You will supervise crews, handle customer inquiries, and maintain merchandise displays while following CVS policies to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities; communicate information to and from management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; maintain off-shelf merchandise and reset departments per planograms.
