Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to join our store team in Florida. You will support the CVS Store Management in driving store execution, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures when a manager is not onsite.

You will supervise crew activities, greet and assist customers, handle inquiries, and maintain product displays and inventory according to planograms.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Supervise the store staff through directing and following up activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms.
