Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations. You will oversee staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and routines are followed to enhance the customer experience.

The role focuses on supervising crew, ensuring merchandise is correctly priced, stocked, and presented, and resolving customer inquiries in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in coordination with the Store Management team.
• Assist customers and maintain CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and handle displays and inventory.
