Qualifications

• A current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership to guide team and meet goals.
• Ability to engage customers and drive sales through service.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support store leadership by performing functional tasks and leading processes.
• Model desired selling behaviors and execute tasks to drive productivity.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience with omnichannel offerings and maintain a clean work area.
