Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a store team member to support the leadership group and drive a premium customer experience. You will model brand selling behaviors, educate customers on loyalty programs, and collaborate with staff to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive environment.

You’ll contribute to omni-channel excellence, assist with opening/closing duties, and ensure compliance, all while adapting to a flexible schedule and lifting merchandise up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote repeat visits.
• Act as a brand selling-behavior expert with every customer interaction.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends and non-peak hours.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move merchandise as needed.
