Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as part of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote repeat business.
• Model brand selling behaviors with every customer to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Support sales leader during non-peak hours with the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team to complete tasks promptly and efficiently.
• Build product lifecycle expertise.
• Assist with opening and closing checklists as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel to provide a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
