Job summary

You will educate customers about loyalty programs, collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks on time, support opening/closing duties and omni‑channel initiatives, and stay flexible to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and engage with customers.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
