Job summary

Key responsibilities include opening/closing duties, daily reports, inventory of coffee and baked goods, staff training, cash handling, and maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Supervisory position in a specialty store or food establishment preferred.
• Register and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a profitable store and contribute to sales growth.
• Assist in planning and executing promotions effectively.
• Respond to customer service situations courteously.
• Open and close the store; complete daily reports.
• Order coffee, baked goods, and supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised store and visual standards.
• Train and develop new employees; motivate staff.
