Walgreens is seeking a Stores Associate to support operations in the absence of store management, opening/closing, cash handling, and ensuring floor readiness. You will assist with vendor deliveries, returns, refunds, and maintain accurate cash register records.

As a primary point of contact, you will engage customers, resolve questions, and model exceptional service while supporting inventory control, pricing accuracy, and compliance with store policies.

Competenze

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Mansioni

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles cash systems.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Engages customers and patients, resolving questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist management with vendor deliveries, pricing, and inventory controls as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with store policies.
