Walgreens Co. in Puerto Rico seeks a Customer Experience Associate to deliver a friendly checkout experience and assist customers with products and services at the Cidra store.

Responsibilities include registering purchases, handling returns, restocking, maintaining displays, and assisting with photo services and web-order pickups. You must be fluent in English and able to work evenings and weekends; prior retail experience is preferred.

Formación

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide courteous, fair, and efficient checkout service.
• Register sales at the cash register; handle returns, voids, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; price and restock merchandise as directed.
• Assist with store displays, promotions, and seasonal resets.
• Provide customer service in photo area and assist with web pick-up orders.
• Maintain compliance with store policies and procedures and assist with other tasks as needed.
