Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help grow our mission. We focus on assisting people to overcome employment challenges and to gain independence through training and supportive services.

The role provides customer service to internal and external customers and performs a range of general store duties, including processing and selling merchandise. This is not a supervisory position, and employees participate in a safety-focused environment with benefit offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Perform general store duties including collecting, sorting, processing and selling merchandise.
• Distribute items from the back room to the correct areas of the store and keep shelves organized.
• Keep the store, dressing rooms, and bathrooms clean and orderly.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and assist in loading/unloading trucks and trailers.
• Attend safety training and follow safety policies and procedures.
