Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead retail team to support the General Manager and Assistant Managers.
• Provide management and administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant Managers.
• Lead by example in providing strong customer service and driving sales to meet daily sales goals.
• Manage payroll and control expenses including shrink and cash shortages.
• Adhere to cannabis state-specific regulations and enforce compliance.
• Train and develop staff on SOPs and product knowledge.
