Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act in line with company values and SOPs.
• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists on core retail principles (People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion).
• Provide direction and ensure high-level customer service and product knowledge.
• Complete certification courses for product specialists and manage merchandising and pricing quality.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and process sales at POS.
