Best Buy is seeking a Retail Services Experience Supervisor in Saint Paul, MN to oversee Geek Squad service operations, including computer and cellphone repair and car electronics installations. You will partner with the General Manager and Services Experience Manager to drive priorities and deliver best-in-class experiences for customers and employees.

You'll optimize schedules, provide coaching and performance management, and lead in-store operations, including opening/closing and cash

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or shift lead experience preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a flexible schedule.
