Job summary

Best Buy in Austin, TX is seeking a Retail Services Experience Supervisor to oversee Geek Squad services for computer and cellphone repair and car electronics installations. You’ll partner with your GM and Services Experience Manager to set priorities and drive initiatives that improve both employee and customer experiences.

You’ll optimize schedules, provide coaching, manage metrics like customer satisfaction, turnaround time, productivity and revenue, and perform store leadership duties

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience or 6+ months as Best Buy shift lead.
• Experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Optimize schedules to ensure adequate staffing for excellent customer experiences.
• Provide direction, ongoing training, career development and performance management.
• Manage key metrics such as customer satisfaction, turn time, productivity and revenue; identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform in-store leadership duties including opening/closing, cash management and manager-on-duty tasks.
