Job summary

Best Buy is seeking an experienced Retail Services Experience Supervisor in Dorchester, MA to lead Geek Squad services and drive customer satisfaction. You will partner with store leadership to optimize schedules, coach employees and monitor performance metrics.

You will be responsible for in-store leadership tasks, including opening/closing and cash management, while ensuring a best-in-class service experience for customers and technicians alike.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail or service setting.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and sales results.
• Ability to develop staff and manage performance.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Optimize schedules to ensure stores are staffed efficiently and employees are prepared to deliver great customer experiences
• Provide work direction, ongoing training, career development and performance management to your employees
• Manage and achieve key metrics such as customer satisfaction, turn time, productivity and revenue
• Perform in-store leadership duties including opening, closing, cash management and manager-on-duty tasks
