Total Wine & More is looking for a Supervisor in the Kansas City area to support store operations, drive a service-focused culture, and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences with a deep knowledge of beverage products.

You will mentor staff, manage daily workflows, and uphold regulatory standards while contributing to sales growth and a welcoming store environment. This role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years experience; 1+ year in a supervisory retail role.
• Strong interpersonal skills; team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations.
