Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (required).
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification (required).
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts (desired).
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge (desired).
• ASE Certification (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and programs execution.
• Ensure calls and store transfers are processed timely and communicated to customers.
• Perform opening/closing duties, including money handling and security procedures.
• Handle returns, exchanges, invoicing, and merchandising tasks as assigned.
