Zusammenfassung

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and team in sales, service, and store operations. This role may assume shift management in the manager’s absence, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading customer service, processing orders and transfers, handling returns, invoicing merchandise, and ensuring schedules and security procedures are followed. Strong communication and RSS certification are required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Ensure retail returns and exchanges are processed efficiently and refunds issued correctly.
• Invoices for all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Monitor adherence to work schedules, approvals for deviations, and clocking in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, day end procedures, money/deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
