O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, service, store appearance, and operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with shift management duties in absence of management.

You will lead a team delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, handle transfers, special orders, returns, and ensure proper invoicing and communication of tasks. Strong communication and RSS certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Ensure telephone calls are answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and stage merchandise correctly.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Manage work schedules, approvals for changes, and clock-ins/outs per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, and secure deposits and building security.
