Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, maintaining planograms, and supporting BOPIS/SFS processes. You’ll learn the Rewards program and framing sales, follow SOPs, and uphold safety standards while representing a welcoming store environment.

• Retail and customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties; maintain store recovery.
• Explain Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Follow SOPs, safety and company policies; promote brand promises.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
