Job summary

Michaels in the United States is seeking team members to help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions while delivering a fast, friendly checkout experience. Team members execute cash handling to standards and educate customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.

The role involves omni-channel support (BOPIS and Ship From Store), merchandise stocking and planogram upkeep, and participation in in-store processes to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and in-stock store through returns/go back process.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
