Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking team members for the Framingham, MA store to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will be involved in unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock shelves, while promoting rewards programs and private label credit cards.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience; the role includes occasional evenings and weekends and requires adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Preferred Type of experience the job requires: Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Assist with fast and friendly checkouts and cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise, maintain planograms and store recovery.
• Engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).
• Participate in SISO, AD sets, shrink and safety programs, and SOP adherence.
