Job summary

Michaels is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products and completing purchases in a busy retail environment.

You will handle cash at checkout, participate in truck unloading and stocking, and support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store. Training on Rewards enrollment and product knowledge will be provided.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, and reaching; ability to lift heavy boxes.
• Support SOPs and safety programs in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Encourage Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery; returns/go-backs.
