Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role may involve shift management duties in the absence of store managers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading in-store service, managing customer interactions, and ensuring timely processing of orders and returns. A strong emphasis on safety, cash handling, and teamwork will be required to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge preferred
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute related programs.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
