O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may take on shift management in the absence of managers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will be valued for serving diverse customers. Responsibilities include leading teams to deliver exceptional service, processing online orders and transfers, handling returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and adherence to policies.

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in showroom and ensure programs are executed.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and adhere to schedule; manage opening/closing duties and deposits.
• All other duties as assigned.
