O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of store leadership and a focus on delivering exceptional service to both retail and professional customers.

Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification are required. Bilingual (Spanish) is highly desired, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy and orders are processed timely.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and shift coverage in manager's absence.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
