Job summary

Burberry in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Daily Floor Supervisor to lead the sales team and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving sales goals. You will coach the team in real time and model the Burberry Experience on the selling floor.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of POS system.
• Previous experience with Apple mobile devices and comfortable with the use of digital tools.
• 1-2 years previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value experiences on the selling floor and act as a quality control supervisor.
• Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve goals and KPIs.
• Lead a high performing customer-facing team and provide feedback to ensure Burberry Experience is delivered.
• Manage customer flow to ensure best service and unattended clients.
• Drive partnership on the selling floor between sales, specialists, stock, and operations.
• Coach in the moment and after transactions to ensure follow-up actions.
• Develop and retain talent through monthly development plans and annual reviews.
• Lead by example by delivering the Burberry Experience to customers.
• Work with store management to reinforce Burberry Experience training through meetings and role-play.
• Assist with opening/closing and secure procedures.
