Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• RSS Certification required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Automotive systems knowledge is a plus.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process all buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure; use electronic purchase order ledger.
