O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Milton, FL to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the manager’s absence, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

You will lead a team, ensure high service standards, manage phone and order processing, and help with store openings and closings as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Automotive systems knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
