• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and drive programs.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy.
• Process all buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders promptly.
