Qualifications

• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process online orders, transfers, and freight shipments efficiently and contact customers when needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges promptly and process refunds accurately.
