Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor.
• Ensure timely processing of online orders and transfers.
• Manage retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties and security checks.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to obtain RSS Certification

Education

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts

Automotive systems and repair knowledge

ASE Certification

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
