Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Ohio is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assist in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role will include shift management in the absence of supervisors.

The position emphasizes leading a team to deliver excellent service, handling online orders, returns, and invoicing while ensuring timely communication with customers. Bilingual skills are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and implement programs.
• Handle calls and ensure proper phone coverage according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers promptly.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and invoicing are accurate and timely.
