O’Reilly Auto Parts in Oregon is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role also includes shift management in the absence of store leadership and requires strong communication with customers and teammates.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Preferred experience in retail auto parts, knowledge of automotive systems, ASE or RSS certifications, and Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge helpful.
• ASE Certification desired.
• Fluency in Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Ensure calls and inquiries are answered per policy.
• Process buy online / ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges with friendly service and proper refunds.
