Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Trumann, Arkansas. This position supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, and store operations, while also assuming shift management responsibilities as needed.

The ideal candidate will lead the store team in delivering outstanding customer service, supervise and ensure compliance with customer service programs, and manage various operational duties efficiently. O'Reilly Auto Parts offers competitive wages and a comprehensive total compensation package.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Ensure timely processing of online and store transfers.
• Handle retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
