Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Desired: ASE Certification, Spanish language skills

Aufgaben

• Lead store team in customer service and sales
• Supervise showroom customer service programs
• Handle phone calls per policy
• Process orders, transfers, and back-office tasks
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store
• Coordinate messaging and merchandising tasks
• Monitor schedules and clock-ins per policy
• Perform opening/closing duties and banking procedures
• All other duties as assigned
