Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management duties when managers are unavailable.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position emphasizes leading a team to deliver excellent customer service, overseeing showroom service levels, handling order processing, and ensuring secure, accurate transactions and proper daily

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication.
Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute on customer service programs.
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
Process BOPIS, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedures.
Ensure returns and exchanges are processed accurately and refunds issued correctly.
Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and proper clock-in/out procedures.
Perform all store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, manage money deposits, and secure the store.
All other duties as assigned.
