Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may involve shift management in the absence of leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

You will supervise showroom customer service, manage orders and transfers, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate invoicing and daily store procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Assist with shift management in absence of Store Manager/Asst. Manager.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and payments accurately and promptly.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure security and cash handling procedures are followed.
