O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, service, and store operations. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may assume shift management in the absence of leadership.

Essential tasks include leading customer service, supervising showroom activities, processing orders and returns, and ensuring proper invoicing and security procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee daily store operations and shift management in absence of managers.
• Coordinate buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing accurately.
• Ensure store opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
