Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in Managers' absence and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead team members in delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, manage store processes like returns, transfers, and invoicing, and contribute to a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom floor and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle retail customer returns and exchanges; issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures; secure money/deposits and building.
