Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role includes shift management in absence of leadership and encourages bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities include leading a team, supervising showroom customer service, processing transfers and orders, handling returns, and ensuring security procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure timely processing of buy Online/Ship to Store, hub and store-to-store transfers and DC add orders.
• Perform opening/closing duties, verify money, deposits, and secure building and deliveries.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and communicate Zipline messages.
• Ensure clock-in/out adherence and schedule compliance.
