Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks to the team.
• Monitor adherence to posted work schedules and clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties and ensure money deposits are secured.
