Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom; ensure proper execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Handle buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
• Process special orders and outside purchases efficiently according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds correctly.
• Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and adhere to posted schedules; perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
