Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise retail showroom customer service programs and operations.
• Manage phone calls and inquiries per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Ensure invoicing of merchandise and core charges before shipment.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and secure cash handling.
